Howard P. Eisenberg B.A. LLB was called to the Bar in 1983, graduated from the University of Toronto – 1977 B.A. Hons., University of Windsor – Bachelor of Laws 1981 and has specialized in Immigration Law since 1989.
The driving philosophy of the practice is to assess each case carefully before acting for a client. Howard P. Eisenberg is also properly trained, certified and experienced and regularly attends continuing education seminars.
He has appeared as Counsel before The Federal Court of Canada, The Immigration Appeal Division and The Refugee Protection Division of The Immigration and Refugee Board on hundreds of cases. He has successfully represented many Applicants for permanent residence as skilled workers, professionals, entrepreneurs, and to join their families.
Howard P. Eisenberg has represented over 1,000 claimants before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and has lectured on numerous Immigration topics.
