What are a non-Canadian’s legal rights to challenge a Canadian government decision, and when to do so, is an extremely complicated issue. Your rights are dependent on what kind of application is being made, where you are, what the decision is, and which government agency made the decision. If a decision has been made against you, however, or it looks like you are facing an interview or Hearing, you should immediately contact a lawyer for help and advice!
